参数含义：

所要获取的设备标示ID，范围0x0000-0xFFFF，如果未知，则ReaderID=0

UID

unsigned char*

OUT

UID,8个字节

返 回 值：大于0为命令发送成功，小于0为命令发送失败

注意：本功能适合SRI512/1K/2K/4K、SLIX4K卡。
